Santa Teresa and Mal País are located right on the tip of the Guanacaste peninsula. I won’t lie to you… getting there is a hard trip. But the adventure is worth it. These little beach towns have blossomed into surfer havens with their own charm. Yes, they are remote… but you won’t find this kind of vibe in many places.
